How is the price calculated?
One delivered price per trip: material cost plus haulage based on road distance from the loading point to your pin. Computed the same way for every customer.
How do the deposit and balance work?
The deposit covers the material and confirms your order. You pay the balance when the load is delivered — after you've seen it.
How do I know the truck actually delivered?
Every trip comes with a loading photo, a delivery photo and the name of who received it — plus the truck's registration and driver's name.
What payment methods do you take?
Card or MoMo prompt through Paystack — the charge shows our business name, and you approve it on your own phone. We never ask you to transfer to a personal number.
What happens if something goes wrong?
