How is the price calculated?
One delivered price per trip: the material cost plus haulage based on the road distance from the loading point to your site's pin. The system computes it the same way for every customer — nobody pays more because they didn't know how to bargain.
How do the deposit and balance work?
The deposit covers the material, so your order is confirmed the moment it arrives. You pay the balance when the load is delivered — after you've seen it.
How do I know the truck actually delivered?
Every single trip comes with a loading photo, a delivery photo and the name of the person who received it on site — plus the truck's registration number and the driver's name. If you're funding a build from abroad, this is exactly the evidence you've been missing.
What payment methods do you take?
Card or MoMo prompt through Paystack (the charge shows our business name), or a direct MoMo transfer to our registered merchant line. We never ask you to send money to a personal number.
What happens if something goes wrong?
Message us on WhatsApp — a real person answers. Every trip is tracked to a specific truck and driver, so if a load is short, late or wrong, we can see exactly what happened and we make it right before the balance is due.
