Privacy policy

Elim Haul (ElimHaul.com) is operated by Elim Transport, a haulage business in Ghana delivering construction materials. This page explains what information we hold about you when you use the site or order from us, and what we do with it.

• Your order: your name, phone number, delivery location (the pin you drop or the description you type), the receiver's name and phone if you give one, and the materials you order.
• Your account (optional): your email address and a password. We store the password only in a scrambled (hashed) form.
• Payments: handled by Paystack. Your card or mobile money details never reach our servers — we keep only the amount and the payment reference.
• Delivery photos: loading and delivery photos for your trips, stored securely so we can show you proof of delivery.
• Site usage: we use Microsoft Clarity and Meta Pixel to understand how the site is used and to measure our adverts. These set cookies in your browser.

• To price, confirm and deliver your order.
• To send you updates about your order — on WhatsApp, by SMS or by email — such as your price, when the truck is on the road, delivery proof, and at most one reminder if a balance is unpaid.
• To answer your questions when you contact us.

We never sell your information. We share it only with the services that make the business work, and only what each one needs:

• Paystack — to take payments securely.
• Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform and our SMS and email providers — to send you the order updates described above.
• Google — when you search for your town on the order page.
• Our hosting and photo-storage providers (servers in the EU), which store the data above on our behalf.

We keep order records for our business and legal record-keeping. If you want something removed sooner, ask us — see below.
