Questions from abroad
Can I really pay with a foreign card?
Yes — Paystack takes international cards. The charge appears under our registered business name, and you get a receipt you can keep.
What if nobody is at my site?
Name any receiver — a mason, caretaker or neighbour. We photograph the tipped load at your pin either way, so the evidence doesn't depend on them.
How do I know the photos are from my plot?
The delivery photo is taken at the pin you dropped, timestamped, with the truck and its registration in frame. Compare it to your own photos of the plot.
What if something goes wrong with a delivery?
Message the US line or Ghana WhatsApp — a family member answers, not a call center. Every trip traces to a specific truck and driver, and we make it right before the balance is due.
